Service Terms
The terms every build operates under — so there are never surprises on either side of the bench.
For all custom PC configurations, 100% of the total component and material cost is required upfront prior to ordering any hardware. Payment for assembly, programming, and system optimization labor is handled directly at the time of pick up or delivery (whichever you choose). We accept cash, check, or major credit/debit cards on-site via our secure bank mobile scanner cube.
Every Black Eagle Ops service or custom PC build is governed by written agreements between Black Eagle Ops & Custom PC's, LLC and the customer. These agreements establish the approved scope of work, customer authorization, payment responsibilities, hardware and parts requirements, service obligations, warranty terms, and applicable rights and responsibilities of both parties. Written agreements are provided so expectations are clear before work begins and so both Black Eagle Ops and the customer have a documented understanding of the transaction. The applicable agreement(s), together with the approved service/build scope and applicable warranty terms, govern the specific transaction. No website statement supersedes or replaces the applicable signed customer agreement. Where a specific transaction is governed by a written contract, that contract controls the agreed terms between Black Eagle Ops and the customer.
Black Eagle Op's & Custom PC's, LLC guarantees its professional system assembly labor for a period of 30 days from handover delivery or local pickup. All individual component, hardware, and material warranties are held solely by the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and are subject to the transit and shelf-life timelines of those specific manufacturers. A complete, itemized components list clarifying the exact new or pre-owned status of every individual part is provided explicitly in the final, in-house purchase contract signed at the time of system handover.
The customer assumes full and sole responsibility for backing up all personal data, files, and software operating environments prior to any build, repair, or system upgrade process. Black Eagle Op's & Custom PC's, LLC is completely insulated from and not liable for any data loss, file corruption, or financial downtime during service.
All custom machines are built to order using components sourced directly from authorized retail distributors (Amazon, Newegg, Micro Center). Standard shipping transits to our Black Eagle lab typically require 7–10 business days. Following component arrival, systems undergo a mandatory 48-hour bench assembly, OS configuration, and continuous hardware benchmarking loop. Total turnaround averages 10–14 business days from receipt of the initial hardware deposit.
